Helen holds a Master’s degree in Art from the UNSW College of Fine Art (COFA), Sydney, Australia, majoring in painting. Helen regularly exhibits and has been involved in two international artist residency programs and at the Etches museum in Kimmeridge.
Helen was born in Wareham and now lives between London and Langton Matravers.
She has also lived in Australia and South East Asia; introducing new perspectives to her work. Her artist research is centred on themes related to the landscape. Her ideas are presented through prints, paintings, weaving and 3D installations. Whether it is through an installation or a two-dimensional painting, she hopes to encourage the viewer to reflect on the effect that contemporary trends, actions and movements have on communities and the land on which they live.
